We are online only, any purchase must be processed through our site.

2. Where is my cosmetics makeup order?

Most orders are dispatched within 1-2 business days; Dispatch times do not include weekends, public holidays, or holiday seasons. Shipping times can vary depending on shipping companies or holiday seasons.  However, standard shipping takes 7-10 business days, and express shipping 1-2 days depending on location.

3. Can I cancel my order after it was processed?

Once an order has been submitted, we can not change, add or cancel an online order.  Please choose carefully because we do not refund for change of mind.  For more information, check out our policy terms and conditions.  

4. What If I received the wrong makeup cosmetics product?

If your order is not as expected, contact us on the contact page, tell us about the issue, and include your order number. We will respond to your query within 24-48 hours.

5. Can I request an order refund for a change of mind?

No refunds are issued for change of mind. Please choose carefully, because refunds will be not issued by a change of mind. 

6. What if my items arrived in a defective condition?

If you received a faulty or incorrect product, contact us immediately as the order is delivered to you.  Send us a message on the contact page, and add your order number and a brief description of the issue.  We will get in touch within 24 -48 hours.

7. Do you ship internationally?

Yes, international shipping is available to most countries, but different shipping fees will apply, as well as country taxes if requires for the country’s destination.  If your country of destination is not listed at the checkout, contact us to discuss shipping alternatives.

8. Can anyone apply for an industry discount? How can I apply? 

Industry discount is available for people working in the industry such as makeup artist and makeup students.  To apply contact us for assistance prior to applying.
